Under Rule 3 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, certain information is classified as Sensitive Personal Data or Information. We do not ordinarily collect SPDI through our website. Construction project records may be retained for a minimum of 7 years post-project completion for legal and warranty purposes.

• Withdraw your consent to processing (where processing is based on consent)

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) has been enacted in India but its rules are yet to be fully notified. Once in force, Sri Developers will update this policy to ensure full compliance with the DPDPA framework.
